“Stoylenskaya Niva” AIC currently holds the first position among Russian manufacturers on the volume of baked bread and the sixth position on confectionery production.

Bakery Division of the company includes 14 bakery plants. Aggregate annual capacities on breadstuffs are more than 320 thousand tons per year, inclusive of current assortment.

In 2011 there were produced 236 thousand tons of breadstuffs, 28 thousand tons of confectionery and 2,3 thousand tons of pasta.

At bakery plants of “Stoylenskaya Niva” there is produced the large assortment of rye-wheat sorts of bread, French bread, buns, dietetic and medical synteretic bread. The total assortment of the Bakery Division of the corporation contains more than 1500 titles, 700 of them are breadstuffs.

Tendencies in development of bakery manufacturing of “Stoylenskaya Niva”:

• Regular perfection of the assortment – improvement of gustatory characteristics and product appearance, increment of consumption period.

• Selection of new sorts of raw stuff for creation of new original products.

• Development of the program on output of medical synteretic bread.

Owing to manufacture reorganization and mastery of new technologies such kinds of food stuffs as grain mixtures, off-corn, fructose, honey, nuts, flavor additives become more and more popular. Some kinds of products are of no analogy at the Russian market.

Sale strategy of the Corporation provides active interaction with regional, federal and international grocery networks and state structures as well.

For many years bakery plants of “Stoylenskaya Niva” AIC participate and win numerous tenders on supply for demand of the Ministry of Inner Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The supplies geography comprises Belgorodskaya, Kurskaya, Voronezhskaya, Lipetskaya, Nizhegorodskaya, Vladimirskaya, Ryazanskaya, Ivanovskaya, Kostromskaya, Yaroslavskaya, Moskovskaya, Tverskaya, Smolenskaya, Pskovskaya, Bryanskaya, Kaluzhskaya, Penzenskaya, Saratovskaya, Volgogradskaya regions and the Republic of Mordovia as well.

“Penzakhlebproduct” OJSC is a structural subdivision of “Stoylenskaya Niva” AIC established for cooperation with international and federal networks on the rule of “the only window”.

“Penzakhlebproduct” currently is the holder of contracts of products delivery to distribution centers of such networks as “Paterson”, “Perekryostok”, “Karusel”, “Pyatyorochka”, “Magnit”, “Monetka”, “Kopeyka”, “BILLA”, “Lenta” and others.

Pastry and breadstuffs of long consumption period – such as sugar, rich and oat pastry, wafers and wafer cakes, gingerbread, corn sticks, ring-shaped cracknels, round cracknel, crackers and penny-busters – are produces at 8 bakery plants of the corporation.
